Additional Modules

One2Clean Plus +C Module

 

Effective wastewater treatment and cleaning requires a minimum loading (wastewater flow into the plant each day).

As such, Wastewater Treatment Systems are designed and sized to support population requirements (Pe) in accordance with British Water flows and loads guide.

Graf systems require a minimum loading of 25% loading to work efficiently, e.g 6Pe system will work efficiently with 2Pe loading.

However, in applications where the minimum 25% daily loading requirement cannot be achieved or where a property is vacant for long periods of time, the addition of the +C Carbon Dosing Module will ensure efficient wastewater treatment and cleaning.

The One2Clean Plus +C module operates by drip feeding a sugar-based solution into the system to feed micro bacteria. This is a simple process in which the solution (housed in a container in the neck of the tank) is deposited via a dosing pump into the tank in the required dose which is pre-set in the control panel based on the systems requirements.

+P

Excessive Phosphate levels in water can lead to an increased growth of algae and aquatic plants which can result in decreased levels of dissolved oxygen (eutrophication), which in turn can lead to the death of fish and other aquatic life.

With the addition of he +P module phosphate levels can be reduced to  under 1mg/ltr

The +P module operates by drip feeding liquid PAC (polyaluminiumchloride) solution into the system. This again is a simple process in which the solution (housed in a container in the neck of the tank) is deposited via a dosing pump into the tank in the required dose which is pre-set in the control panel based on the systems requirements.

+O pumped outlet Module

+O

Used In applications where gravity discharge is not possible, the +O pumped outlet module will pump treated wastewater to a higher level drainage field or watercourse.

The pump is connected to the control panel and is pre-set to discharge clear water at the end of each cleaning cycle.

+H Hygiene Module

+H

+H hygiene module provides chlorine dosing for disinfection purposes, killing small pathogens which could cause disease. The dosing chamber is in the form of an additional tank to prevent the chlorine affecting the bacteria in the SBR reactor tank.

This again is a simple process in which the Chlorine solution (housed in a container in the neck of the tank) is deposited via a dosing pump into the tank in the required dose which is pre-set in the control panel based on the systems requirements.

+R Remote Transmission Module

+R

+R remote transmission is a convenient wastewater treatment system controlled by GSM, which allows the system to be monitored remotely. Ideal for remote locations allowing low cost remote diagnosis, greater efficiency, operating reliability and optimised service intervals.

With no mechanical or electrical parts inside the tanks, only a air diffuser and air lift operated by factory pre-set controller and blower the One2Clean Treatment Plant system treats wastewater in 3 simple steps – Aeration – Settling phase – Clear Water extraction.

To validate warranty, all One2Clean Plus Treatment Plant systems must be installed and commissioned as per manufacturers instructions and logged with Graf.

Regular service and maintenance should also be carried out as per manufacturers instructions.
