Initial Assessment would be carried out during first service for Lomond Package and Ness Package if service agreement is taken out. This is to ensure Systems are installed correctly. Warranties for Compressors/Controllers will only commence after first service and Xoli Sign Off.

Service & Maintenance By Xoli
Regular service and maintenance of sewage treatment plants, septic tanks and pumping stations is crucial for the performance of the system and pollution control. With our experienced team of engineers Xoli can offer service and maintenance packages tailored to your requirements. Our team are fully accredited and approved service engineers for market leading manufacturer’s such as Graf, Premier Tech, Tricel, Biorock & Harlequin.
Regular Service & Maintenance of your treatment plant is a regulatory requirement of your SEPA and Environment Agency registration. Regular service & maintenance of your sewage treatment plant and pumping station is a condition of your manufacturer’s warranty. Failure to have a record of regular service & maintenance may invalidate your warranty.
Many home insurers also require sewage treatment plants and pump stations to have a record of regular service & maintenance. Failure to have this may result in void insurance policy. Whether you have problems with an existing system requiring repair our team will have a solution for you.
Terms & Conditions
Initial assessment of system to be carried out by Xoli prior to service agreement commencing. New customers only External
Pump Stations will have an additional service fee of £80+vat.
Commencement of service agreements will only start after any issues identified in initial assessment are rectified.
De Sludging records to be provided by customers on request of Xoli prior to acceptance of 3-year service agreement packages.
Prices quoted apply to routine service work only. Any additional work required/carried out will be chargeable at rates in service packages. FOC Replacement parts are based on fair wear & tear. Any items deemed not to be fair wear and tear will be chargeable.
Any modifications to the treatment plant or work carried out by others will not be covered unless agreed and signed off by Xoli. Call out charges and hourly rate charges will be charged at prices in packages.
Any return site visits to rectify problems/repair systems out with routine service work will be chargeable at rates in packages.
Failure to have systems de sludged as advised by Xoli service engineers will invalidate service free of charge parts and labour (where applicable) Xoli will endeavour to attend to faults/breakdowns as quickly as possible.
